These miniature relief carvings were originally made as souvenirs from what was known as the Grand Tour, a traditional right of passage for the educated in the 17th and 18th centuries.

This intaglio was custom made from molds that are made from authentic antique 19th century European Grand Tour intaglios. We take the utmost care to ensure that the fine lines of the original intaglio is preserved. May exhibit tiny imperfections which is replicated from the original intaglio.
