This enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel. Pieces have a great resistance to chipping. Dishwasher safe, but dry promptly. Do not wash with hard water softeners or lemon based detergents- this will affect the finish. Do not soak or leave in standing water. Enamelware is naturally non-stick and washes up with little effort. Do not use abrasives or scratch pads.

Enamelware should not be used in the microwave.
