Made from steel coated with porcelain enamel in a two coat process that results in a slightly textured surface. This process means that each pan is unique in color coverage and patterns.The bottom of the pan is not flat, but slightly convex. This helps prevent warping of the pan while baking. The surface compares to glass and is naturally non-stick, so clean up is easy, too! Dishwasher safe. Oven safe. The pan has a curled edge. Always use protection when taking hot pans from the oven!
